About Our Services

Who is Heart & Sold?

We are a highly recommended, flat fee real estate agency saving you thousands of dollars in usual agent commissions. Clients describe us as trustworthy, honest, professional, caring and sincere – the best “value for money agent” on the Sunshine coast!

Why is it so affordable?

We offer the same real estate service that you would expect from commission-based real estate agencies but at a fraction of the cost. Times have changed and most property buyers are shopping online, so we don’t have the expenses related to expensive shopfronts. We pass these cost savings to you so you can make more of the sale of your home.

What about marketing and advertising costs?

Yes, our low fixed fee includes the marketing/advertising costs. The included property advertising package also incorporates professional and comprehensive marketing packages that includes advertising on Realestate.com.au and Domain. Professional photographs including drone photos, professionally drawn colour floorplans, a large photo for sale board, and gorgeous quality property brochures. We also promote your property using digital marketing on social media platforms.

And there is more, we offer a free property styling consultation with our professional property stylist who will give advice on how to stage your home to help you get the best possible selling price.

What services will I receive?

We offer a full real estate service, meaning we take care of everything from the property appraisal to preparing your home for sale. This includes arranging photographs and advertisements, hosting open homes, managing enquiries, negotiating with potential buyers and most importantly, closing the sale. Research shows that selling a property is one of the most stressful things a person can go through. Our priority is to serve and support you every step of the way until settlement is complete and making the whole process as stress-free as possible.

Must I conduct my own open homes?

Most definitely not. We will host the open homes and engage with all interested parties on your behalf.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, you pay a small listing fee upfront and the balance is only payable on the settlement after your home is sold. Advertising and open homes are all included in our fixed price.

If you choose to sell by auction there will be an additional charge to cover the auctioneer cost. If you elect to further upgrade your marketing campaign with print advertisements or drone photography it will be at an additional cost.

Are there any fees if my house doesn’t sell?

If we don’t sell your home, you won’t have to pay the balance of the fee. Please see the previous question.

What’s not Included in your Fixed Fee?

Our standard fee does not include auction fees. If your property is offered for sale by auction, there is an additional fee to cover the auctioneer’s cost. If you elect to further upgrade your marketing campaign, for example print advertisement, this will be at an additional cost.
